Petition says High Court has no authority to jail Emmanuel parents

The Shurat Hadin Israel Law Center has petitioned the High Court of Justice against the jailing of parents from Emmanuel, claiming the court had violated the law by imprisoning them in the first place.
The petition says that a Basic Law prohibits the High Court from sending single civilians to prison. (Aviad Glickman)
