PM: Soreq water purification plant to end water crisis

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the start of Sunday's cabinet meeting that the national plan for a water purification facility in Soreq will fill the major water shortage created in Israel in recent years.
Infrastructure Minister Uzi Landau said, "We are in the midst of a very serious water crisis. The plans we have will get us out of this crisis within three years." (Ronen Medzini and Yael Darel)
