Jerusalem planning committee approves demolition of 22 homes

The Jerusalem construction and planning committee has approved the demolition of 22 Arab houses in the al-Bustan neighborhood, which will be replaced with an archaeological garden.

The evacuated tenants will receive a permit to rebuild houses on the eastern side of the neighborhood at their own expense. (Ronen Medzini)
