Iranian FM says Tehran welcomes France's dialogue proposal

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said Tuesday that Tehran views positively France's proposal to hold negotiations on the nuclear issue, ISNA news agency reported.
On Saturday, French President Nicolas Sarkozy told his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev that Paris is willing to immediately commence talks with Iran in the auspices of the IAEA. (AFP)
