High Court: Husband of Emmanuel mother who miscarried to be released

The High Court approved the request to be released from prison submitted by an Emmanuel resident whose wife miscarried Tuesday night, Ynet learned.
The man was jailed last week for non-compliance with a court order over the segregation of an elementary school in Emmanuel. The man petitioned the Supreme Court to be released from prison so that he could be by his wife's side. (Aviad Glickman)
