Jerusalem: MKs Maklev, Gafni attacked in Mea Shearim

Knesset members Uri Maklev and Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) were attacked near a synagogue in the Mea Shearim neighborhood in Jerusalem. Eye witnesses reported that the two were pelted with stones and beaten with chairs. It was further reported that the Knesset members escaped to the Slonim yeshiva. (Ronen Medzini)
