Dutch may use 'decoy Jews' to fight racism

A video of Moroccan youths insulting a rabbi on a street in Amsterdam has prompted the Dutch justice minister to say he might consider using undercover police wearing yarmulkes called "decoy Jews" by the press to combat anti-Semitism.
Ernst Hirsch Ballin says similar techniques are sometimes used to lure hard-to-catch criminals, like rapists, and could have some use in combatting crimes against homosexuals and Jews. (AP)
