Cyprus' commerce minister says a ship loaded with arms and explosives can leave the island after inspectors confirmed the cargo doesn't breach a United Nations arms embargo regarding Sudan's Darfur region.
Antonis Paschalides said Friday the Antigua- and Barbuda-flagged cargo ship Santiago can deliver its cargo of military equipment to Singapore and mining explosives to Sudan. (AP)
