High Court denies petition against El-Al flights to Eilat

The High Court of Justice has rejected petitions by the Arkia and Israir airlines against a permit granted to El Al to operate flights to Eilat. The airlines were also charged for court expenses paid by the Transportation Ministry.
El Al's petition to receive a permit for six flights a day, rather than the three the ministry had granted, was also denied. (Yoav Zitun)
