Turkel committee to summon Netanyahu, Barak, Ashkenazi

Retired Judge Jacob Turkel, chairman of the commission of inquiry investigating the Navy's raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla, said at the committee's first session that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi will be summoned to give their accounts of the events soon.

Turkel added that the committee's sessions will be open for the press. (Attila Somfalvi)
