An indictment was filed with the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Monday morning against Jewish settlers Uri Amar (23) from Tzofim and Aviv Uliel (21) from Karnei Shomron, who are suspected of attacking Arab youths after partying in Tel Aviv about a month ago.
The prosecution also filed a request to extend the suspects' remand until the completion of legal proceedings.

The indictment noted that at this point Uliel joined Amar, and a heated argument with the Musa brothers ensued.
The argument quickly turned physical, as Amar and Uliel attacked the brothers with glass bottles, poles and knifes. The two are also suspected of kicking and beating the brothers, who tried to escape, but were chased down and kicked to the ground.
At a later point, Amil Usman and Linda Davidov – friends of the Musa brothers – arrived at the scene. Amar and Uliel chased Usman away with a sharp object and slammed a box on Davidov's head, while one of the attackers cursed her for "hanging out with Arabs." In addition, one of the attackers put a sharp object against Davidov's throat and spat on her.
Following the attack, Muhammad Musa suffered deep cuts in his head and was transferred to a hospital for medical treatment. Wassim Musa suffered fractures in his nose and bruises all over his body.
