Rightist's petition against ban from J'lem neighborhoods rejected

The Supreme Court rejected the petition issued by extreme rightist Neria Ofen and the organization Hananu against Home Front Commander Yair Golan's order banning Ofen from the Jerusalem neighborhoods Pisgat Ze'ev and Naveh Yaakov.
In the court decision, Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish wrote that current intelligence exists indicating Ofen's involvement in carrying out violent and illegal actions that endanger public order and safety. (Aviad Glickman)
