Liberia is to receive $4.6 billion in debt relief under a plan worked out by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Debt relief from multilateral creditors such as the bank and the IMF would total $1.5 billion and the rest would come from bilateral and commercial lenders. (AP)
