White House: Spy scandal won't affect US-Russia relations

Washington's push to reset its relationship with Russia will not be affected by the disclosure of an alleged Russian spy ring in the United States, the White House said Tuesday.

"I think we have made a new start to working together on things like in the United Nations dealing with North Korea and Iran," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said. "I do not think that this will affect those relations." (Reuters)
