Internal security minister visits Silwan

Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch toured the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan together with Jerusalem District Commander Aharon Franco, following the recent violent disturbances in the area.
"People must stop igniting the atmosphere in this area, as the police will use every move to maintain order," the minister said, calling on all sides to calm down. "The law enforcement system cannot be turned into a political game," he added. (Shmulik Grossman)
