Netanyahu scheduled to give speech on Shalit deal

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to present his position on the stalemate in negotiations on the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit.
Netanyahu, who will speak before the media at his office in Jerusalem, is expected to say that a prisoner swap will not be approved at all costs, and that security concerns dictate that the state must not allow terrorists to return to terror, as has happened before. (Roni Sofer)
