The head of the campaign for the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, Shimshon Libman, said a speech to be given Thursday evening by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was due to the public support shown for a march to Jerusalem organized by the campaign.
"I have no doubt that the number of people marching with us, standing and cheering, and honking their horns is well-known in Jerusalem," he said. "I hope Netanyahu will listen to the sounds rising from the streets." (Ahiya Raved)
