Netanyahu aide meets with Lieberman in bid to smooth misunderstanding

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's media advisor Nir Hefetz met with Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman in the latter's office. The meeting comes on the backdrop of Lieberman's anger over being left out of the loop regarding Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer's meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu.
The Prime Minister's Office designated the meeting as a routine work meeting. However, the meeting was arranged in a bid to smooth over the misunderstanding between the prime minister and his foreign minister. (Roni Sofer)
