Indictment against Abu-Tir: Illegally present in Israel

Police are to submit an indictment within in the next few hours against senior Hamas leader Muhammad Abu-Tir, accusing him of being in Israel illegally.
According to the indictment, Abu-Tir, who was released about a month ago after four years behind bars in Israel, was caught yesterday in Israel without a permit. (Shmulik Grossman)
