Assad: Uranium agreement with Iran is start of cooperation
Syrian President Bashar Assad said the uranium transfer agreement between Iran, Turkey and Brazil is the "start of a relationship and cooperation between developing nations."
Assad, visiting Latin American states, said during a speech in Buenos Aires that "the political influence of developed nations, such as European states and the US, is over." (AFP)
