Moscow hopes talks between Iran, West will resume soon

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said that Moscow hopes that negotiations between Iran and the Western powers will renew soon. Russian news agency Interfax reported that Ryabkov said Russia would like to initiate a meeting between the sides "as soon as possible."
At the end of last month, Iran declared a freeze in two months of talks after sanctions were imposed on the Islamic Republic by the UN Security Council. (AFP)
