Some 8,000 people attended a rally for the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, which was held at Gan Hanasi in Ramla. The Shalit family will stay the night at Givaat Brenner, and continue marching on route 1 toward Jerusalem on Wednesday. (Eli Senyor)
