UN's Ban lauds Gaza blockade alleviation

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon lauded Israel's decision to ease the blockade on Gaza and broaden the list of merchandise allowed into the Strip.
In an official statement, Ban said that the full restoration of the Gaza Strip will not be possible without a long term solution that coincides with Security Council resolution 1860. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
