Petah Tikva regional court decided not to delay the Tax Authority trial even though the National Fraud Unit has not transferred details of wiretapping, carried out during the investigation, to the prosecutor.
In addition, the defense counsel has not received all the material from the investigation of the affair which began, it seems, in 2009 with the improper appointment of eight suspects in the Tax Authority. (Lital Dobrovitzky)
