Peres commends king of Spain for World Cup win

President Shimon Peres called the king of Spain, Juan Carlos, and commended his team for winning the soccer World Cup on Sunday.
Peres said the team had "conquered the world" with one goal. Spain took home the cup home from South Africa after defeating Holland's team 1:0. (Ronen Medzini)
