Peace Now's General Secretary Yariv Oppenheimer said in response to the Jerusalem Planning and Construction Committee's decision to approve new housing units in Pisgat Ze'ev, "The Jerusalem municipality is trying once again to stab a knife in the back of the peace process and Israel's relations with the Unites States."
"Barkat and his friends at city hall continue to act irresponsibly and are harming Jerusalem's status and Israel's status in the world," he said. (Ronon Medzini)
