Court: Abu Tir to be released, expelled on NIS 200,000 bail

Jerusalem Magistrates' Court decided that senior Hamas member Mohammad Abu-Tir will be released from detention and expelled from Israel on Sunday if he deposits NIS 50,000 (about $12,900) with the court.
In addition, Abu Tir will remain in detention if he does not deposit this sum along with a self-bail of NIS 100,000 (about $25,800) and another NIS 100,000 from a third party. Abu Tir will be required to sign a document committing not to return to Israeli territory. (Shmulik Grossman)
