Report: Libyan ship stops near Egypt

The Libyan aid ship al-Amal (hope) has stopped very close to Egypt's territorial waters, Al-Jazeera reported.
Earlier it was reported that four Israeli vessels made their way towards the vessel. (Roee Nahmias)
