Palestinian shot in Naalin: Shooters should spend long time in jail

Ashraf Abu Rahma, the Bilin resident hurt by a rubber bullet in 2008 while being handcuffed, says he hopes both the soldier who fired the shot and his regiment commander receive a heavy punishment following their conviction.

"They should sit in jail for many years for what they have done. I have yet to grasp the meaning of the decision and its ramifications, but their punishment must be a heavy one," he said. (Ali Waked)
