Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer says the proposed State budget is excellent.
However, in a government discussion on the two-year budget, Fischer warned that Israel will pay a high price in the long-term if it fails to invest in education. "The state's future does not only hinge on defense," he said. (Roni sofer)
