A 27-year-old Florida man accused of falsely claiming he had dynamite aboard a trans-Atlantic flight has been indicted on two charges by a federal grand jury.
According to the Bangor Daily News, Derek Stansberry, of Riverview, Florida, is scheduled to be arraigned July 28 in US District Court in Bangor. He was indicted on charges of interfering with flight crew members and attendants and giving false information and making threats. (AP)
