Lebanese PM in Syria for 3rd time this year

Lebanese Prime Minister Said al-Hariri met his Syrian counterpart Mohammad Naji al-Otari in Damascus and discussed with him the strengthening of relations between the two countries. The two are slated to sign on a series of economic agreements.
This is al-Hariri's third visit to Damascus within six months. He is later scheduled to meet with Syrian President Bashar Assad. (AFP)
