Poland: Uri Brodsky appeals his extradition to Germany

Suspected Israeli spy Uri Brodsky, presumed to have aided Israel in the assassination of Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai, decided to appeal Poland's decision to extradite him to Germany, according to a report given by his legal team.
The court in Warsaw, Poland ruled that Brodsky will be extradited to Germany authorities at the beginning of the month. He is being charged in Germany with aiding in the falsification of a German passport. (AFP)
