IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi told a press conference in Italy that Hezbollah was building an "underground" infrastructure of headquarters and rocket-launchers in southern Lebanon.
However, he said, it did not appear as though the group would attack Israel anytime soon. (Ynet)
