South Africa returns ambassador to Israel

South Africa announced that it would reinstate its ambassador to Israel a month and a half after he was recalled due to the Israel Navy's raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla.
In a statement issued by the South African foreign ministry, the country said that it took note of the IDF's investigation of the incident, but still supports an independent and international investigation of the incident. (AFP)
