Court rules 2nd suspect in 'Jewish terrorist' affair won't meet lawyer

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court has rejected an appeal by David Sitbon, suspected of cooperating with "Jewish terrorist" Haim Pearlman, to meet with his lawyer Ariel Atari.
Atari said his client would appeal the decision with the Supreme Court, as the ruling violated his rights. He also said the police had no evidence linking his client to the offenses attributed to him. (Vered Luvitch)
