Lieberman: Continuing building freeze 'unreasonable, impossible'

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and, among other subjects, the two leaders talked about negotiations with the Palestinians. "We are ready for direct talks, but the continuation of the building moratorium is not possible or reasonable," Lieberman said.
The foreign minister also thanked the Greek leader for his cooperation on the issue of flotillas to Gaza, and called on the EU to pressure Lebanon, Syria and Turkey to prevent such flotillas. (Roni Sofer)
