President Hugo Chavez says he cutting Venezuela's diplomatic relations with Colombia over claims he harbors guerrillas.
Chavez says he was forced to break off all relations because Colombian officials say he has failed to act against leftist rebels who allegedly have taken shelter in Venezuelan territory. They produced alleged photos of the camps on Thursday. (AP)
