Dozens of people have gathered near Defense Minister Ehud Barak's for a protest against draft dodging. The demonstration marked the 10th anniversary of the Tal Law, which exempts young ultra-Orthodox men from military service on religious grounds.
The protestors are carrying signs reading, "Haredim 'sacrificing their lives' in religious schools, while our children are at the battlefield" and "Tal Law discriminates". (Ynet)
