Turkey: Return of vessels basic step

In response to Israel's decision to return the Turkish ships that were seized in May while trying to break the blockade on Gaza, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said, "This was something Israel had to do anyway. There were certain steps Israel needed to take, and this was one of them.
