France to raise Palestinian diplomatic representation

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner will raise the level of Palestinian diplomatic representation in France, and is expected to make an official announcement Saturday.
Kouchner plans to appoint the head of the Palestinian Authority's "general delegation" to ambassador. (AFP)
