Report: No deficiencies in welfare's treatment of Ben Dror family

An internal report of the Social Affairs Ministry states there were no deficiencies in the conduct of the Kfar Yona welfare bureau, which treated the Ben Dror family. Itay Ben Dror murdered his three children on Saturday.

The report includes a psychiatric evaluation of the father which noted, "In his current state I see no impediment to maintaining meetings with his children."
