Spanish FM calls for direct Israel-PA talks

Spain's foreign minister called for direct talks between Israel and the Palestinians "without preconditions."
Following a meeting with Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman in Jerusalem, Miguel Moratinos said launching of direct talks "should not be linked to freezing construction in the settlements. Our position on this is clear – a (construction) moratorium for 10 months only." (Aviel Magnezi)
