State asks labor court to prevent disruption to school year
The Education Ministry via the State Prosecutor's Office submitted a request to obtain a court order preventing the teachers' association from disrupting preparations for the new school year.
The request, submitted to the labor court, comes after the association announced a labor dispute in June. By this move, the organization attempted to prevent the implementation of the "New Horizon" collective agreement between the government and the Israel Teachers Union. (Yaheli Moran Zelikovich)
