At least 4 Jordanians wounded by rocket attack in Aqaba

The Jordanian interior ministry reported that at least four people were wounded by a rocket that landed near Aqaba's Intercontinental Hotel. Jordanian media outlets reported that the rocket has been identified as a Grad rocket.

At least five rockets were fired Monday towards Eilat Gulf. Three of them landed in the Red Sea, and two others landed in open areas near Eilat. Jordan has increased the deployment of security forces in and around the city of Aqaba and has erected checkpoints. (Roee Nahmias and AFP)
