IDF: Choppers were en route to Israel

An IDF source said the two Sea Stallion choppers that performed an emergency landing in Romania were on their way to Israel, when a warning light went off on one of them, indicating of a possible malfunction.

"Therefore, following routine protocol, the helicopter landed in order to examine the problem," said the source. (Hanan Greenberg)
