Turkey summons Israeli envoy over Barak statements

The Turkish Foreign Ministry has summoned Israel's Ambassador to Ankara Gabby Levy for a talk following statements made by Defense Minister Ehud Barak about the new Turkish intelligence agency chief.

Earlier this week Barak expressed concern over the appointment and said it may enable Iranian accessibility to classified information. (AFP)
