Herzog: Won't deny criticism of welfare services in Ben Dror case

Welfare Minister Yitzhak Herzog addressed the criticism leveled at the welfare services following the case of Itay Ben Dror, accused of murdering his three children. "In this context, I do not intend to deny the feeling many have that the welfare services do not always function as they should, and do not always provide the best response in every case," he said.
During a press conference, Herzog outlined a number of decisions taken since the case, including the instruction not to allow independent visiting arrangements between parents and their children in cases where harm to family members is suspected. (Yaheli Moran Zelikovich)
