Q2 sees 17% rise in apartment rates

A survey conducted by the government's appraisers reveals there has been a 17% rise in the prices of apartments in 16 major Israeli cities in 2010's second quarter.

 

The prices of 4-room apartments in Tel Aviv rose 32% compared with the same period last year. A 23% increase was recorded in Beersheba. (Ynet)
