Livni: Bibi's testimony to Turkel inadequate expression of policy

Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni has asked retired Justice Yaacov Turkel, who heads the committee investigating the Gaza flotilla events, to be permitted to testify to the committee.
Livni said the blockade on the Gaza Strip was part of a policy formed by the previous government in which she was foreign minister and deputy prime minister. "(Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu's testimony is not give adequate expression to and does not accurately reflect the political and security factors which underlay the decision to impose the blockade," she said.
